Invo operates a web application that lets merchants create shops and sell products. To provide these features, the application may collect and store certain data on servers (for example, account and order data).
Transactions on the Solana blockchain are public. When a customer pays, wallet addresses, transaction signatures, amounts, and related metadata may be visible on-chain and can be viewed by anyone.
The interface may use local storage on your device to save preferences (like language or theme) or temporary session data. This data never leaves your device.
We may use RPC providers (like Helius or others) to connect to the Solana blockchain. These providers may log your IP address and request data for operational purposes. Please refer to their respective privacy policies.
We believe in privacy. We do not use invasive tracking pixels or cookies for advertising purposes. Any analytics collected are anonymized and used solely to improve the performance of the interface.
Depending on how the app is used, we may store: account identifiers, shop configuration, product data, order records, invoice files, and (for physical products) shipping details provided by the customer during checkout. For digital products, we may store delivery metadata required to provide downloads.
If you are a merchant, you control what you sell and what information you request from customers. If you are a customer, you can avoid providing optional fields; however, shipping information may be required for physical products.
