By accessing or using the Invo application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Invo provides software that helps merchants create shops, list products, and accept crypto payments on Solana. We do not control the underlying blockchain infrastructure or the shops created by users.
The application provides a user interface and backend services for operating a shop and processing orders. We do not take custody of your funds. Payments occur directly on-chain between the buyer and the merchant’s wallet.
THE PROTOCOL AND INTERFACE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
In no event shall the developers, contributors, or associated entities be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the protocol. This includes, but is not limited to, tax obligations and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
Trading and using cryptocurrencies involves significant risk. Prices can fluctuate wildly. Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. You should only transact with funds you can afford to lose.
Crypto payments are generally irreversible. Customers should verify the order details before paying. Merchants are responsible for what they sell and how they fulfill orders, including digital delivery and shipping for physical products.
